At the PCOS Nutrition Center, we know how confusing PCOS can be, especially when it comes to understanding specific nutrition and diet guidelines—and then integrating them into your life and lifestyle. We also know the difficulties that can accompany a PCOS diagnosis, whether it’s managing weight, getting control over often-wearisome symptoms, or even conceiving a baby. That’s why we’re here.

Founded by Angela Grassi, the leading PCOS registered dietitian nutritionist today (who just so happens to have PCOS herself), the PCOS Nutrition Center can offer you all that’s necessary to take your life back from this condition. With reliable and science-based information, the right tools, and all our support, we’ve got the goods—and the expert guidance—to help you make lasting changes to your eating, health, and fertility. Together, let’s take charge over PCOS so you can get back to loving your body and your life. Ready to get started?

Knowledge Is Power!

So often we’ve found that women with PCOS are overfed and undernourished. They eat enough calories to sustain them but not the quality foods that their bodies require to thrive. As a result, many women with PCOS suffer from a barrage of symptoms, from uncomfortable blood sugar crashes and sweet tooth cravings to exhausting migraines and fertility struggles. But you don’t have to live this way.

If you’re experiencing these symptoms (or others, such as constant fatigue, mood swings, and nutritional deficiencies), you should know there’s help available—and it starts with what you’re eating.

Yes! PCOS can be managed, and diet and lifestyle changes are the best ways to do just that. And no, we’re not talking about dieting or other restrictive and restraining eating practices. With us, you’ll learn what eating well actually looks like. Hint: It involves a wealth of choices to nourish and heal our bodies while also learning to reframe your relationship with food.

Ready to set down the food shaming and ramp up that smile? There’s no better time than today to start reaping these benefits.
