I am a registered and licensed dietitian who specializes in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and eating disorders. Having PCOS myself, I realize how frustrating living with this condition can be, especially with all the conflicting nutritional and medical treatments suggested. I have dedicated my work to collaborating with leading physicians and researching the latest studies to find the best treatment approaches to help my clients with PCOS.

I completed my undergraduate degree in dietetics from Michigan State University and my master’s degree in nutrition from Northern Illinois University. I have been practicing as a registered dietitian since 1999. My previous work experience includes working as an inpatient and outpatient nutritionist at a nationally renowned eating disorder treatment facility for 5 years before starting my own nutrition consulting business.
