Canva

My favorite business tool by far is Canva! I use this website and app to design my social media graphics. In minutes I can create from hundreds of ready to customize templates to upload to my social media sites. I also use this to make PDFs, downloads, certificates, you name it.

Business Credit Card

I put every expense possible on my Chase Ink® credit card and then use the reports at the end of the year to give to my accountant. So easy! Plus you get at least 1 point for every dollar purchased that you can use for anything, including gift cards or cash back. Many business related expenses like travel, gas, supplies, and shipping can get up to 3 points per dollar. This past year I earned $2,800 cash back!

Client Scheduling

Squarespace (Formally known as Acuity) Scheduling

Acuity syncs with my google calendar and allows me to take payments in advance for client discovery calls (great way to eliminate no-shows). This program has totally cut down on my phone calls and overall time.

Active Campaign

I have used many email marketing platforms before including Mail Chimp and Convert it and I have been very happy with Active Campaign. I’ve been using Active Campaign for my email blasts, landing pages, eCommerce management for years. Great reporting and easy to use drop and drag design for emails and sales funnels.

Kajabi

This course platform is on the pricier side but SO worth it. It has tons of integrations, landing pages, coupons, membership offerings that it’s worth every penny to me.

Interact is a very user friendly online quiz creator that is great for list building and is reasonably priced.

SEO Help

SEO Made Simple Course

Good search engine optimization (SEO) is key for driving traffic to your website so people can find you. Erica Julson, RD has a great online course called SEO Made Simple that teaches you step by step about SEO and how to maximize your reach to potential customers.
