    Your Zinc recommendation for PCOS is 30 mg. Why does the Zinc in the prenatal vitamins have less than 30 mg?

    Our PCOS MULTI has over 100% of the DRI for zinc. Because too much zinc can cause GI disturbances, and to keep it to one pill, we chose to put 100% of the DRI in our PCOS Prental.
